Who to blame?
Bill’s “unpopularity”  well yeah but there is a real chicken and egg story here.
Which came first Bill being unpopular or Bill being unpopular because people (Media) kept saying he was unpopular. It was always bullshit but it became a thing.
Too bigger a policy platform, too easy for the Liberals to mount scare campaigns.
